Part 1 — Protocol for support

Scope: students who switch programme level during the year. Product names are given in Dutch as they appear in the shop and in the account.

1. General rule — apply to every conversion

When support converts a product from one level to another:

The old modules disappear from the student's account.
Completed progress remains visible under Certificaten.
Once the student has confirmed, the conversion cannot be reversed.
Heb je Branches verzorgende? Dan zetten wij dat gratis om naar Branches verpleegkundige. Stuur ons een mail.
Heb je het VZ-totaalpakket overige e-learning? Dat zetten wij gratis om naar het VP-totaalpakket overige e-learning. Stuur ons een mail.
Je andere boeken zijn gecombineerde niveau 3/4-uitgaven. Daar hoef je niets mee te doen.
Anatomie en fysiologie, Pathologie en Verpleegtechnische handelingen: je niveau 4-producten worden omgezet naar niveau 3 (als je ze hebt aangeschaft).
Branches verpleegkundige wordt omgezet naar Branches verzorgende.
Het VP-totaalpakket overige e-learning wordt omgezet naar het VZ-totaalpakket overige e-learning.
Je naam en het e-mailadres waarmee je inlogt
Je opleiding, je huidige niveau en het niveau waar je naartoe gaat
Het startjaar van je opleiding
Welke producten omgezet moeten worden

Because of the last point, never execute a conversion without explicit written confirmation from the student. See section 3.

Important exception: buying a Verdiepingspakket under the new KD is not a conversion. It adds the level 4 modules alongside the level 3 modules the student already has. Nothing disappears, and no confirmation step is needed.

There is no deadline for switching — students can switch at any point during their licence period.

2. Determine which KD applies

Check the products in the account first; if that is inconclusive, ask the student for their programme start year. Most first-year classes that started this year are on the new KD; higher years are still on the old KD.

Getting this wrong matters: it is the only thing that changes the level 3 → 4 route.

3. Confirmation step (mandatory for all conversions)

Before executing any conversion, send the student a confirmation request stating:

Which products will be converted.
That the current modules will disappear from their account.
That completed progress stays available under Certificaten.
That the conversion is final and cannot be undone.

Only proceed once the student has replied in agreement. Keep that reply on the ticket.

4. New KD 2026 — level 4 → level 3

The student buys nothing. All of it runs through support after the confirmation step.

5. New KD 2026 — level 3 → level 4

The Verdiepingspakket only becomes available once the student has purchased or activated the corresponding level 3 base product of the same title. If a student reports they cannot find or buy it, check that first.

Note that a switching student will usually do both: buy the Verdiepingspakketten themselves, and email us for the branches and totaalpakket conversions.

6. KD 2020 — level 4 → level 3

Identical to section 4. There is no difference between the two KDs in this direction.

7. KD 2020 — level 3 → level 4

This is the only route that differs from the new KD.

The student must hold or have activated the level 3 base product before the overstap package can be bought.

Because support performs a conversion here, the general rule applies: the level 3 modules disappear, progress stays under Certificaten, and the confirmation step in section 3 is mandatory.

Constant across both KDs and both directions: other titles need no action, and branches plus totaalpakket are always converted free of charge by support on request.

9. Handling an email request

Requests come in at info@mboleren.nl. One email from the student covers all products to be converted. Ask for, or confirm:

Name and the email address of the account.
Programme and current level, plus the level they are switching to.
Programme start year (to establish the KD, if the account is inconclusive).
Which products should be converted.

Then run the confirmation step from section 3, execute the conversions, and confirm back to the student what has changed and where to find their certificates.

Ga je tijdens je opleiding over naar een ander niveau? Dan passen we je e-learning daarop aan. Hieronder lees je wat je zelf moet doen en wat wij voor je regelen.

Belangrijk om te weten voordat je overstapt

Bij het omzetten van je producten verdwijnen de modulen van je oude niveau uit je account. Je afgeronde voortgang blijft bewaard en is terug te vinden onder Certificaten. Zodra je akkoord hebt gegeven, kunnen we een omzetting niet meer terugdraaien. Denk dus even goed na voor je bevestigt.

Koop je een verdiepingspakket om van niveau 3 naar niveau 4 te gaan (nieuw KD)? Dan verdwijnt er niets: de niveau 4-modulen komen erbij.

Welk kwalificatiedossier (KD) volg ik?

Ben je dit jaar met je opleiding begonnen, dan volg je waarschijnlijk het nieuwe KD 2026. Zit je in een hoger leerjaar, dan volg je meestal nog het KD 2020. Weet je het niet zeker? Vraag het je docent, of vermeld je startjaar in je mail aan ons — dan zoeken wij het voor je uit.

Ik stap over van niveau 3 naar niveau 4. Wat moet ik doen?

Volg je KD 2026:

Voor Anatomie en fysiologie, Pathologie en Verpleegtechnische handelingen schaf je zelf het bijbehorende verdiepingspakket aan. Die vind je in de webshop onder Overig. Je kunt het pakket pas kopen als je het niveau 3-product van dezelfde titel hebt aangeschaft of geactiveerd.

Volg je het KD 2020:

Voor dezelfde drie titels schaf je zelf het VP-overstap e-learningpakket KD 2020 aan, ook te vinden onder Overig. Stuur ons daarna een mail, dan zetten wij het voor je om.

In beide gevallen geldt daarnaast:

Ik stap over van niveau 4 naar niveau 3. Wat moet ik doen?

Dan hoef je niets aan te schaffen — wij zetten je producten gratis om. Stuur ons een mail, dan regelen we:

Je andere boeken zijn gecombineerde niveau 3/4-uitgaven, daar hoeven we niets mee te doen.

Dit geldt zowel voor het nieuwe KD 2026 als voor het KD 2020.

Wat kost een overstap?

Van niveau 4 naar niveau 3 is gratis. Van niveau 3 naar niveau 4 betaal je alleen voor het verdiepingspakket of het overstappakket van de drie betreffende titels; de omzetting van je branches en je totaalpakket doen wij kosteloos.

Tot wanneer kan ik overstappen?

Er geldt geen uiterste datum. Je kunt op elk moment tijdens je licentieperiode overstappen.

Wat gebeurt er met mijn voortgang?

Modulen die je hebt afgerond blijven zichtbaar onder Certificaten. De modulen van je oude niveau zelf verdwijnen uit je account bij een omzetting.

Kan ik het later nog terugdraaien?

Nee. Zodra je akkoord hebt gegeven op de omzetting, is die definitief. Stap je later alsnog terug naar je oude niveau, dan doorloop je het overstapproces opnieuw.

Ik moet meerdere producten laten omzetten. Moet ik meerdere mails sturen?

Nee, één mail is genoeg. Zet daarin alles wat omgezet moet worden.
