CB: There is no track-and-trace link in the order from WordPress

How can I (publisher) track my shipments?

How to use Track & Trace:

  1. Please ensure a reference is provided when placing the order. This could be:
    • reference owner
    • reference purchaser 

      After entering this data, you will find it under  Order Entry  and  Order Management  in  CB Online Publisher.


  2. After the order has been processed and shipped, you can track the shipment in CB Online using one of the provided references:
    • In CB Online, select Track & Trace on the left 

       
    • A new window opens: 
    • Please complete (one of) the provided reference(s) in full
      (case sensitive, maintain the exact spelling of the reference provided)
    • Enter the postal code of the delivery address
      (both 1234 XX and 1234XX are accepted for NL postal codes, but of course we also accept postal codes outside the Netherlands).
    • Click on Search
       
  3. After entering the reference and postal code, you'll find all corresponding delivery units and can click on the Track & Trace code for each delivery unit to access the carrier's website. 




    Please note:
    If the order is shipped with ID Logistics, you won't (yet) find a clickable link. We are in contact with the carrier to provide this information as well.
